The six stories are all drawn from the Bible stories of the Nativity, with a focus on children and, of course, angels: Mary and the angel; Joseph and the angel; the journey to Bethlehem; the Sepherd's and the angels; and an endearing story based on the Wise Men's visit in which a young child gives his gift to the baby Jesus.Dubravka's pastel illustrations give this picture book a delightful charm, which can be shared with all little angels in the run up to Christmas.
Author Biography
Sarah J. Dodd is a former teacher. Dubravka Kolanovic is the illustrator of several children's books, including Little Grey and the Great Mystery, Prayers for Little Angels, and Safely Through the Night.
