I bought this textbook after reading about it; I read it within 2 days of receiving it. I found it extremely interesting with a totally new approach towards detox, something that made sense to me. I could still eat what I wanted yet be healthy at the same time. I've tried many detox programmes prior to Clean but none of them worked so well. I did the 21 Day Detox and have never felt so good, I also noticed how after it was finished I no longer craved the foods I used to eat before. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to change their eating habits, way of life and improve their health. This textbook is truly one of the best investments I have ever made in my life! I highly recommend this textbook for all readers.

Alejandro Junger, M.D., is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology and has studied Eastern medicine in India.
