The Complete Idiot's Guide to Solar Power for your home is a very good start for people who have started to think about using solar energy for their homes. This is a great textbook on solar, lots of great references. This edition contains updates on all the latest solar products, complete with photographs and diagrams. It is written in easy to understand language that a lay person can easily understand. I highly recommend it.
