Mollie Katzen is an American cookbook author and artist. She was listed by the New York Times as one of the best-selling cookbook authors of all time. In 2007, she was inducted into the James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame—and largely credited with moving plant-based cuisine from the fringe to the center of the American dinner plate. She is well-known for her hand-lettered, illustrated cookbook, Moosewood Cookbook, which was deemed the most influential vegetarian cookbook of all time by The Wall Street Journal.
