Author Biography

Robert C. Atkins, M.D., is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Cornell University Medical College, with four years of post-graduate work in internal medicine and cardiology at hospitals affiliated with Columbia and Rochester Universities. He is the founder and director of the Atkins Center for Complementary Medicine, and his radio show is broadcast weekly in New York and syndicated nationally coast to coast. He is also the publisher of the well-received Atkins Health Revelations and author of Dr. Atkins' New Diet Cookbook and Dr. Atkins' New Carbohydrate Gram Counter.
