Author Biography
Doris J. Day, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in laser, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She is a columnist for Redbook magazine and is frequently featured in such magazines as In Style, Vogue, and Glamour. She's also appeared on the Today show and CNN's Paula Zahn Now. Dr. Day was the consulting dermatologist for Good Skin, an affordable line of skin-care products by Est+¬e Lauder. She lives and works in New York City.
Sondra Forsyth is a freelance writer whose work has appeared in Ladies' Home Journal, Family Circle, Good Housekeeping, Redbook, Lifetime, and Reader's Digest, among many others.
