Seb and Natalia (husband and wife) are based in LA.
Seb was a bartender in London before becoming a consultant (delivering drink strategies and education) for spirit brands, wrote an award-winning college training course called Professional Bartending, and was the ambassador for Beefeater and Plymouth Gin.
Natalia worked for Jameson. Then in events, partnerships and advocacy for the Pernod Ricard Irish Whiskey brands and was then Brand Director Mezcal El Silencio.
Andrew Shannon (Author)
Andrew (Andy) Shannon is based in central London.
Andy was a bartender at Callooh Callay (London), and then managed the award-winning Edition group's London Bars, developed activations and bar takeovers in city's such as Singapore, Paris and Miami, and delivered the global advocacy and education programme 'Punch on the road', at key industry gatherings like Bar Convent Berlin, the Mexico Bar Show, and in iconic bars like NYC's Dead Rabbit. He was GM at the West Hollywood EDITION in Los Angeles - The Roof Bar, Restaurant and Pool.
