Laura Miyashiro es diplomada en diseño gráfico por la Universidad de Buenos Aires y ha cursado estudios de ilustración profesional en la Escola Massana de Barcelona. Ha trabajado durante muchos años en el campo del diseño gráfico en diferentes estudios de Buenos Aires, Barcelona y Menorca, su campo de acción ha sido multidisciplinar: entre el diseño gráfico, la moda, el arte electrónico y la creación de videojuegos. Actualmente trabaja como diseñadora gráfica e ilustradora. También es co-fundadora de Salmonete Design de productos infantiles.
