Summary

Knack Parenting a Preschooler provides busy parents with a visually driven reference filled with information about behaviors, general care advice, and skills development for the three- to five-year-old age group. Also covering preschoolers' vastly changing abilities, it guides parents through skills needed for beginning school successfully and what to expect from different types of preschools. Coauthored by an MD and an educator, it organizes chapters by year and activity or behavior, so parents can easily find answers to questions they have about their child at specific stages.
