Author Biography

Roger S. Wolters is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Auburn University. Kenneth M. Jennings, Jr. was the Richard de Raismes Proefssor of Industrial Relations at the University of North Florida, where he taught undergraduate and graduate courses in labor relations and human resource management. William H. Holley, Jr. taught labor relations, collective bargaining, and arbitration for 32 years at Auburn University.
