Author Biography
Helen Stewart has written and Illustrated three books for children - Christmas Snowflake, The Porcelain Doll and the award-winning A Child's Enchanted Garden. Her illustrated memoir Berkeley to the Barnyard; A Far Cry From Home is a humorous tale of living on a northern sheep farm with her family of five children. With an artist's eye, Helen describes the beauty of the surrounding wilderness and recounts the bewildering difficulties of her old-fashioned farm life and her different animal adventures
